A modern take on a Victorian Villa, this three-storey new build is located in Aughton near Ormskirk, in the conservation area of Granville Park. An impressive building thanks to its contemporary design and steeply pitched roofs and gables, it has been expertly designed and built by us. We used a number of traditional materials in the construction, including slate, sandstone and handmade bricks, which are all complemented by the contrasting dark grey windows, doors and rainwater goods. Standing at 8,000 square feet, it houses six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a large home office, and an open plan kitchen, dining and family room - with sixteen metres of sliding, folding glazing - as well as separate entertaining rooms.
